Welcome, Crew!

My name is Sarah, and I’m the founder of Crew Collective Co. and a proud, active cabin crew member who’s just as passionate about aviation on the ground as I am at 35,000 feet.

For the past six incredible years (and counting!), I’ve been living and breathing the skies. Flying has taken me all over the country, introduced me to people from every walk of life, and taught me the true meaning of adaptability, patience, and resilience. From early morning call-outs to long overnight flights, I genuinely love every part of the journey, and I know firsthand what it means to live out of a suitcase and still show up with a smile.

Even before I earned my wings, I was obsessed with travel. I’ve always been drawn to discovering new places, collecting little comforts along the way, and finding smart solutions to make life on the go easier. That passion, combined with the gap I noticed in products that truly meet the needs of crew life, inspired me to launch this business.

Today, I juggle life in the skies with my entrepreneurial spirit, creating and curating products that serve cabin crew and frequent traveler’s just like you. Everything I offer is something I’ve personally used, loved, or wished I had mid-flight. From practical tools that actually fit in your bag to cozy comforts that make layovers feel more like home, every item is made with crew life in mind.
