Shipping policy

Once an order has been submitted you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order and receive the tracking number (via email) after your order has been shipped.

Shipment process time

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 days to process your order (Monday-Friday). Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way. Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 days after the item has been fulfilled using DSers default shipping carrier, Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping within Australia. International shipping fee of $15.

We make every effort to ship all orders received by the order cut-off time on the same day. Orders placed after 5pm AWST, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: 

United Arab Emirates, Canada, Switzerland, Denmark, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Sweden, Singapore, United States.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Crew Collective Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@crewcollectiveco.com.au
