We strive to process and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 days after fulfillment. A flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders within Australia, while international shipping is available for a fee of $15. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your destination country.

We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain products, such as personal care items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
